Module

Human resources

Give HR a master employee record, a request queue and deadline tracking, with separate permissions for sensitive information.

Complete operations platform

The capabilities presented are part of the MeridCore™ offering and are configured for each organization’s context, permissions and processes.

The business need

A daily HR workspace, not a scheduling add-on.

HR needs to manage people, employment records, documents and requests without disclosing the entire file to operations. MeridCore™ is designed around a master record that supplies relevant information to other modules according to each user’s permissions.

Module

The HR department’s daily functions.

Master record and employment changes

Separate the person, login account and successive employments. Preserve roles, managers, sites, statuses and compensation with effective dates; a future change does not replace the current situation.

Requests, tasks and deadlines

Bring together documents to verify, requests, approvals, onboarding and departures. Each item has an owner. The calendar connects probation, contracts, permits, training and expected returns.

Documents and self-service

Classify contracts, policies and supporting documents by type and sensitivity. Employees view authorized information and propose corrections; sensitive changes require approval rather than direct updates.

Qualifications and assigned assets

Verify submitted permits and evidence before updating eligibility. Track issue and return of keys, cards, uniforms and devices; exceptions retain their justification.

Separate sensitive records

Health, accommodation and employee-relations records have their own permissions. Dispatch receives only necessary unavailability or functional restrictions, not a diagnosis or complaint.

Handoff to payroll

Prepare identifiers, employment changes, authorized rates, absences and approved time. Field mappings and rejected exchanges must be reconciled with the external payroll system.

Illustrative example · Operational workflow

A return to work without disclosing medical records

HR records the return date and authorized functional restrictions. The manager prepares suitable duties, while dispatch sees relevant availability. Medical evidence stays in the restricted area, outside operational and client views.

What to monitor

Reduce searches across scattered files and make unassigned requests, pending documents and approaching deadlines visible.

Scope and limits

Succession planning, the HR dashboard for organizational trends and advanced analytics are configurable advanced capabilities. A full applicant tracking system and complete payroll calculation are outside the initial HR core.
